Resourcing the Territory initiative to be expanded and made ongoing
The Northern Territory Government has committed record funding to support more exploration to drive resource development. Annual funding of the Resourcing the Territory initiative will increase from $6.5 million to $9.5 million from 1 July 2022, with funding to be ongoing.

NTGS releases DIP032 containing catalogues of currently available geophysical survey data from open file company reports in GIS format, as well as magnetic and gravity grids in ERmapper format, and reprocessed gravity data in ASCII (csv) format.
New seamless aeromagnetic interpretation across the Tanami Region, Northern Territory
Undertaken by CSIRO in collaboration with NTGS, DIP021 contains the GIS datasets and interpretative results and DIP022 contains the complete suite of processed grids and images of geophysical data used to develop the interpretation.
