The processed HyLogger data package for Carrara 1 is available through GEMIS. It can be downloaded from the NTGS FTP site from a link in the GEMIS record and includes TSG datasets and core photography.
Spectral data on the 1,750 metre drill core has been acquired using the HyLogger™ 3-7 instrument. The HyLogger rapidly measures reflectance spectra in the Short Wave Infrared (SWIR) and Thermal Infrared (TIR) spectrums and also captures continuous high-resolution digital colour imagery. These data have been processed using The Spectral Geologist (TSG™) software to identify minerals and their abundances using various unmixing algorithms. TSG datasets can be viewed using the free TSG viewer.
