Exploration grants close in less than a month

Round 16 of the Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations program closes Tuesday 2nd May through GrantsNT.

$3 million will be available to eligible selected programs seeking to test innovative techniques or new concepts to advance geological understanding and resource development in the Territory.

Co-funding provides 50 per cent of the eligible direct program costs capped at:

  • $200,000 for greenfields single deep diamond drillholes
  • $150,000 for greenfields or brownfields diamond drilling programs, or reflection seismic surveys greater than 25km length
  • $100,000 for greenfields non-diamond drilling, regional geophysics or innovative targeting programs.
