NTGS DIP 047 contains an interpretation-ready Kingdom® seismic project for the greater McArthur Basin, including the Beetaloo Sub-basin. The greater McArthur Basin is an extensive Palaeo–Mesoproterozoic sedimentary basin that extends across much of the northern third of the Northern Territory and contains thick sedimentary successions prospective for energy and mineral resources. This package supports basin-scale geological assessment by bringing together legacy and more recently acquired seismic and well datasets from across the greater McArthur Basin region.
The package updates and expands the original Interpretation-ready Kingdom seismic project – Beetaloo Sub-basin, released as Digital Information Package 019 in 2018.
