Less than three weeks till AGES 2025

There is now less than three weeks to go until the Annual Geoscience Exploration Seminar (AGES) to be held in Alice Springs Convention Centre on 8-9 April 2025. Representatives from 48 exploration companies have already registered for AGES along with service suppliers and consulting companies, and delegates from Government, research organisations and industry bodies. Register now.

The final AGES Technical Program has now been released, featuring presentations from the NT Geological Survey, its partners and the exploration industry on new geoscience and latest exploration results across the NT. AGES provides a unique opportunity to access the latest in fresh exploration ideas and geoscientific data from the Territory, and to network with colleagues who share an interest in the discovery and development of the Territory's minerals and energy resources.

There are two fantastic workshop opportunities as a prelude to the AGES main technical program. Be sure to register to avoid disappointment.

Join us to discuss the scientific outcomes of one of the longer lasting industry/government and academia geoscience collaborations, across the greater McArthur Basin. Hear about how the basin formed, its tectonic geography and how the structure and water chemistry of the basin reveal what middle Proterozoic Australia was like. And perhaps more importantly, shed some light on why it contains so many resources. Program now available
