NTGS representatives attended IMARC 2024 to discuss the Territory's mineral resource industry, focusing on emerging critical minerals opportunities, pre-competitive geoscience projects, and exploration grants delivered under the Resourcing the Territory program.
The conference attracts more than 9000 delegates, and the program features nine concurrent conferences covering the entire mining value chain, with more than 370 technical talks, panel discussions, and strategic keynote presentations taking place throughout the three days.
NTGS presented in the Critical Minerals Investment session in the Energy Transition and Decarbonisation theatre on Tuesday, 29 October from 15:00–15:20, highlighting the NT's diverse investment opportunities.
NTGS was also a part of the Australia Minerals panel in the Global Opportunities theatre on Wednesday, 30 October, from 16:00–17:30, discussing government initiatives available to unlock critical minerals opportunities and support economic growth and development.
