The newly released Digital Information Package (DIP042) is a compilation of the pre-competitive Northern Territory Geological Survey (NTGS) acquired geochemistry. For the first time, this DIP includes the publication of all results with the additional key attribution of stratigraphic unit and lithology in a single product. Alongside the compiled output, the original laboratory analysis result files have been included for 151 datasets, and these include detection limits, laboratory checks and standards, and analytical techniques. The dataset includes surface (whole rock, rock chip, soil and stream sediment) and drillhole data.
This is a complementary package to Digital Information Package 001 (DIP001) Northern Territory geochemical datasets which contains surface and drilling geochemistry acquired by industry and compiled from open file company reports.
