NTGS release DIPS on the Gecko Corridor and Nobles Nob in Tennant Creek

Two new digital information packages (DIPS) comprising 3D compilations and deposit atlases for the Gecko Corridor and Nobles Nob, Warramunga Province are available to download through GEMIS, DIP039: Gecko Corridor 3D compilation and deposit atlas and DIP040: Nobles Nob 3D compilation and deposit atlas.

They make up the last two DIPS in the Warramunga Province mineral deposit series produced by the Sustainable Minerals Institute, University of Queensland. The deposit atlases, accompanying 3D data compilations and Geoscience Analyst visualisations are focused on the key deposits in the Tennant Creek mineral field and Rover mineral field.

The series provides an overview of each of the deposits, their characteristics, discovery and mining histories and a comprehensive dataset including drilling, geochemistry, geophysics, structural data, hyperspectral data, petrography, long sections and plans.
