NTGS will be have four presentations in the annual Mining the Territory Conference, which is part of NT Resources Week. The three day event is being held virtually from November 11-13 and will host expert sessions, industry leading speakers, online panel discussions, Q and A’s.
The final session of the conference, on the afternoon on Friday, November 13, will be titled ‘Opening up new concepts and areas for exploration in the Northern Territory’. It will feature three presentations from NTGS discussing geoscience projects delivered under the Resourcing the Territory initiative, with a particular focus on the Tennant and Barkly regions. Geoscience Australia will also deliver three presentations, including highlights of their work in the East Tennant area under the Exploring for the Future program and an update on the MinEx CRC East Tennant National Drilling Initiative project.
Day two of the conference will also feature a strong focus on mineral exploration, including a presentation from the Executive Director of NTGS, and presentations from numerous mineral explorers.
